Although Cascade Print Room will exert every effort to ship and deliver goods expeditiously, circumstances beyond the control of Cascade Print Room may prevent us from meeting estimated target delivery timeframes, such as an Australia Post service failure. Hence, Cascade Print Room does not make any guarantees and/or warrantees that the goods ordered and bought will arrive within the suggested ideal time frames. In case there is a delay in the delivery of a parcel, Cascade Print Room is willing but is not obligated to co-ordinate with the client and with Australia Post to ensure that a client's package is delivered. Moreover, the client hereby waives his/her rights against Cascade Print Room and absolves Cascade Print Room from any and all liabilities arising from such delays in shipping and delivery. On a case by case basis, Cascade Print Room may, purely as an act of goodwill, offer compensation for delays in delivering the goods purchased, however is not obligated to do so.
Cascade Print Room utilizes multiple methods of postage with Australia Post including Express Post Satchels, eParcel and Express eParcel services to ensure prompt delivery while keeping delivery costs as low as possible. The client agrees to allow Cascade Print Room decide if the order is shipped via a method requiring a signature service (i.e. Express eParcel and eParcel) or a method that does not require a signature upon delivery (i.e. Express Post Satchels). If the client requires a signature on delivery, he/she must explicity state that it is required in the order comments section during checkout. If no specific instructions have been provided by the client, or if the client requests the parcel be delivered without a signature, the client agrees to indemnify Cascade Print Room from all claims in the case that the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged upon delivery.
Classes and workshops are subject to sufficient enrollment of participants. Every effort will be made to ensure classes run according to the scheduled timetabled. If a class is cancelled a full refund will be sent and/or notification of the next available booking for similar classes. If a class or workshop is fully subscribed, notification will be sent regarding the next available class.
Policy Provision on Delivery of Incorrect Goods
In those rare instances where the client has received goods which have not been purchased due to a fault on the part of Cascade Print Room, the client is responsible and must notify Cascade Print Room within 48 hours of receipt of such goods/products supported by appropriate evidence including but not limited to photographs. These goods must be returned to Cascade Print Room via a registered or trackable service within 7 days of delivery. The cost of return postage will be reimbursed by Cascade Print Room upon receiving the goods, provided that the client can provide evidence of return postage costs, such as a receipt for postage.
Upon receiving the appropriate and sufficient evidence of such a delivery of incorrect goods to the client, Cascade Print Room shall ship the correct goods to the client on a provision of credit. The title to and ownership of the replacement goods does not transfer to the client until the client has completed his/her obligation of returning the incorrect goods back to Cascade Print Room in its original condition.
Failure to perform the aforementioned obligation of returning the incorrect goods in question in the manner specified in the previous paragraphs shall make the client liable to make full payment for the replacement goods shipped by Cascade Print Room within 14 days from receipt of the replacement goods plus a $10 shipping fee. The client agrees to perform these obligations and Cascade Print Room is authorized and reserves the right to institute any and all legal actions, at the expense of the client, to recover costs, damages and expenses arising from this breach of obligation by the client.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind or any other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit please contact us and we will discuss further options available.
Your Rights as a Consumer
None of the above clauses are ment to take away or deter you of any of your legal rights as a consumer, only to protect us from certain extreme circumstances, for example where clients choose to obtain or "scam" free products from us.
